- Positive Reinforcement: Celebrate effective decisions to motivate and build confidence.
- Ask Questions: Use guided inquiry to deepen understanding and encourage self-awareness.
- Demonstrate: Model desired behaviors visually whether through coach-led demos or peer examples.
- Give Feedback: Offer targeted insights based on observed behavior and session objectives.
- Command: Provide clear direction when needed, especially in fast-paced or tactical moments.
